These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website

any booking pages, chat or voice assistants, and services offered by
Paton’s Tile & Flooring LLC DBA The Remodel Co (“The Remodel Co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1) Services Overview
- Consultations & Design: We provide remodeling consultations, including the 7-Day Kitchen & Bath Design + Budget Sprint (“Sprint”).
- Construction: Construction services are provided under a separate written construction agreement that includes detailed scope, pricing, schedule, and warranties.
- Estimates: Any estimate or budget provided prior to a signed construction agreement is informational and subject to change based on final selections, site conditions, and permits.
2) 7-Day Sprint Terms
- Fee: The Sprint costs $995 and is credited 100% toward your remodel if you proceed within the stated credit window (typically 90 days unless otherwise noted on the invoice).
- Deliverables (within 7 days): up to two 3D layout concepts (kitchen or bath), a curated materials board with pricing & availability checks, a line-item budget with a fixed price range, a realistic start window & duration, a permit/buildability check, and—where applicable—a tile layout plan.
- When the clock starts: The 7-day period begins after the in-home measure is completed.
- Guarantee: If we do not deliver the Sprint package within 7 days of the in-home measure, you keep the plan and we will refund the $995 within 1 business day. If you reschedule or delay your in-home measure or required selections/approvals, the clock pauses until we can proceed.
- Availability: We limit Sprints to maintain quality (e.g., 6 per month per area). Availability is first-come, first-served.
3) Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule. You can call or text +1-816-429-2569 or +1-816-645-0263.
- Missed or repeatedly rescheduled appointments may impact scheduling priority and delivery timelines.
4) Payments
- Payments may be processed by third-party providers. By submitting a payment, you authorize any such provider to process the transaction on our behalf.
- All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars. Taxes or government fees (if any) are additional.
5) User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when communicating with us or booking services.
- Ensure a safe, accessible environment for in-home measures and project work.
- Obtain required permissions from HOAs or property owners when applicable.
6) Communications Consent (SMS/Email/Voice)
By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive messages from The Remodel Co related to appointments, reminders, and occasional offers.
Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP and get help by replying HELP.

7) Intellectual Property
- All website content, logos, graphics, designs, plans, and documentation are owned by The Remodel Co or its licensors and protected by law.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any materials without written permission.
- Designs and plans provided in the Sprint are for your personal evaluation and for use with The Remodel Co unless otherwise licensed in writing.
8) Testimonials, Photos & Reviews
With your permission, we may feature project photos, testimonials, reviews, or before/after images for marketing.
You can revoke consent for future use at any time by emailing main@theremodelco.com.
9) Third-Party Links & Tools
Our site may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools (e.g., scheduling, payment, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

10) Disclaimers

- As-Is Website: The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Remodel Co and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the website or pre-construction services. For paid Sprint services, our aggregate liability
will not exceed the amount you paid for the Sprint.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Remodel Co, its owners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website or services.
13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
